Making Lemon Cookies – Blogmas Day 18

Making cookies is a festive and delicious activity to do around the holidays. And a perfect opportunity to share your sweet treats with friends and family. On the eighteenth day of blogmas, here is an easy lemon cookie recipe! 

Lemon Cookies

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• pinch salt
• 1 stick of butter (melted)
• 3 cups flour
• 2 T. baking powder
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 1 T. lemon extract

Frosting for Lemon Cookies

• 2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 t. lemon extract
• 3 T. milk (or hot water)

And you’re ready to eat them! Or share them, whichever you’d like. I love these cookies and they’re so much fun to make. Spread the love, give someone a cookie.
