Winter Makeup Look – Blogmas Day 22

winter makeup lookAnother day, another blogmas post! I absolutely LOVE rocking a red lip, but not every holiday makeup look needs one. This could be an everyday look, or could be made a bit more dramatic for a holiday party!

Here’s what I used!

Since I’m not a beauty guru, this look is pretty simple to re-create! I used the two bottom shades in the Nyx palette to brighten my under eye area. Then I applied my bareMinerals matte foundation and set my t-zone and under eye area with HD powder. Nars Laguna bronzer to add a bit of contour and Nars Sex Fantasy for my blusher. I then added High Beam and Mary Lou Manizer to highlight my cheekbones. I used a spoolie to brush out my brows and filled them in with Ka-Brow, using a light hand because I prefer a more natural eyebrow look.

My face is done, now onto the eyes! All of the eyeshadows in this look are by Makeup Geek and I start by priming my eyelids. I used Vanilla Bean all over my lid and Shimma Shimma to highlight my brow bones. In the crease I added Peach Smoothie and a little bit of Cocoa Bear. I also smudged Cocoa Bear underneath my eyes a bit. And then I used my finger to add Cosmopolitan to my outer corners. I did a baby wing and added mascara, then theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes liquid lipstick in Committed to top off the look!
