I was looking around Target the other week and saw that Burt’s Bees had come out with some sheet masks. There’s a hydrating one, a purifying one, and a rejuvenating eye mask. Target only had this one, so hydrating sheet mask it is. I’ve never tried a sheet mask, so I thought it was about time to give it a go!
I kinda have a small face, so the first thing I noticed was that it was a bit big for me. Once it was on, nightmare fuel. Like literally sheet masks are such a terrifying look.
It kept sliding down, which I assume is just the nature of a sheet mask. Do people lay down when these are on to avoid slippage or?
The package said to leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then I took it off and rubbed in the excess formula. So easy & no mess! The next morning my skin feels soft & a bit glowy. I didn’t notice any redness or irritation which is nice, but expected. Burt’s Bees is made with 99% natural ingredients, so it’s a good brand for my sensitive skin.
This was really fun to try & I love Burt’s Bees, but I’m not sure the sheet mask life is right for me. I prefer the mobility of a face mask cuz once it’s on, you can move about & do little tasks while you wait. That being said, for $3 I’ll probably end up trying the purifying mask as well.
