It’s about that time for another chatty catch-up post. You guys seem to be liking these & I think it’s neat to slow it down every now & then to chat with you guys! This morning I swapped my usual green tea for a hazelnut coffee. I’m fueled up & ready for a fresh new week, so grab a drink, here we go.
If we were having coffee… I’d tell you that I really wanna get back into yoga. I used to do a lot of it, but not as much anymore. It’s just so invigorating to your body & soul and I feel like I need more of that in my life. Extra positive vibes never hurt anyone, right?
If we were having coffee… I’d ask if you believe in aliens. I don’t mean like those green dudes on TV, more like other life forms existing in our universe. Or those green dudes, ya know, just interested to know your alien feels.
If we were having coffee… I’d talk about Gordon Hayward’s gruesome ankle injury during the season opener & how much support he’s gotten not only from Celtics fans, but from so many others as well. I was at the next game in Boston & it was insane how much love & support the crowd showed. We need more of that in the world.
And if we were having coffee… I would wanna hear all about how you’ve been! In da comments, tell me something positive that has happened to you this past month.

I’m a Pilates person rather than yoga. Keep trying yoga but start to giggle if the teacher chants ‘ohhhhmmm’, You would think I was old enough to know better and behave 🙂

Yes, go start Yoga again! There’s a project on at the moment starting tomorrow “from Oprah and Deepak’s 21-Day Meditation Experience”. It encourages you to do a 5minute Yoga session or “meditation” or anything really. Have a look at their page, maybe this makes you wanna start again! 🙂
And I started a new book and I am so happy I started reading again… Sometimies we just gotta do it to realise how much we’ve missed it.

I haven’t really tried yoga but I’ve been wanting to. I’m just scared that my poor ass body can’t do it and would just make a fool of myself. 😂
