OUTFIT OF THE DAY | SUNFLOWER DRESS DAZE

Over the weekend my boyfriend’s brother Ian graduated from college! We’re so proud of him & we were really excited to be able to celebrate with him. He went to our alma mater, so it was nice to get to visit our old college as well! It was mid 70’s and sunny, so I went with a flowy t-shirt dress with sunflowers all over it. Spring dress outfit of the day, here we go.

This sunflower dress is from ASOS brand in the size 00. I love the oversized, flowy fit of it & the v-neck hits at the perfect spot. The big bold sunflower print is fun, but it definitely attracted a few bees lol. Keene State College has a pretty laid-back atmosphere, so I figured this casual sundress would be just right. My mum really likes sunflowers & I love that they symbolize adoration, loyalty and longevity. Plus they make me think of sunshine.

Love the deep V in the back & you can adjust the fit by tying the strings tighter or looser. I paired my sunflower dress with a pair of yellow sunglasses from ASOS, which I got on sale for like $13. They aren’t the best at blocking the sun, but they’re fun & they do help a little. I wore my black suede booties from Mix No. 6 (which got absolutely destroyed throughout the night lolol). Anyone got any tips on cleaning suede? And then stuffed my phone, etc. in my cross-body bag to complete the outfit!
