OKAY SO I was scrolling Twitter late night, as you do, & I saw a bunch of people tweeting about noodle sandwiches. I’M LIKE okay, what’s a noodle sandwich? COME TO FIND OUT it’s ramen on bread AND I HAD to try it. SO the next day I went out & got all the ingredients, join me on this ramen noodle journey. Today I’m trying a noodle sandwich.

I’ve been having noodle sandwiches for years lol! Rory turned me onto them when we first got together. At first I thought it sounded so weird, but it is actually pretty good. People should definitely try it at least once before writing it off. I always have some buttered bread with me when I make noodles now. Glad you liked it too 😀

I can confirm… we love anything in a sandwich. I’ve never thought of this before and I thought it would be gross but thinking about it now… I’d be totally down for a noodle sandwich.
