There’s been a lot of violence in the world lately, too much violence. I’m hoping for some peace soon. That’s all I’m going to say about it, onto the mini Sephora haul! I went there recently and walked out with more than what I went in to get, per usual. Some of these things are brand new to me while others I’ve had for a bit and want to share my thoughts.Benefit Watt’s Up! – It’s a cream-to-powder highlighter in a light champagne color. This highlight is everything. It reminds me a lot of Becca’s champagne pop, which is probably why I like it. It gives an amazing, glowy look without being glittery and is so easy to apply. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
Tarte Lippie Lingerie – I’ve had my eye on these for awhile and finally picked one up. It’s perfect for work because it’s a matte tint, so it adds a bit of color without being too overpowering. It’s a very subtle your-lips-but-better color which is what I love!
Benefit They’re Real! – I recently switched to another mascara and went right back to this one. I’ve repurchased it a few times and I think it’s safe to say this is my go-to mascara. If you haven’t tried it—although I think most people have—you absolutely should!
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner (Trooper) – I’ve talked about this one on the blog before, but it’s worth mentioning. It’s very easy to apply and stays put all day, which is pretty much all I’m looking for in a liquid eyeliner!
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion – This has been my primer of choice for a few years now and I have zero complaints. My eyeshadow tends to crease, but not when I apply this underneath, which is why I use it literally every time I apply eyeshadow. The only thing I’m not too thrilled with is the new packaging—I don’t love the applicator wand—but I would still repurchase.
Caudalie Instant Detox Mask – I’ve talked about this one on the blog as well, but it’s just so wonderful that I think it deserves another mention. I use this once a week to rejuvenate and refresh my skin. It’s beneficial for various skin types and ages, so you can’t really go wrong!
