Someone commented on a blog post telling me to watch the Netflix Original Dark and I totally FORGET WHO IT WAS. But omg I watched all 10 episodes in one day, didn’t want to wait to see what happened. There’s a pretty good cliffhanger at the end, so I’m sure this won’t be the last we’re seeing from this show.
It’s a German show, so the voices were dubbed. It didn’t bother me as I was multi-tasking while I was watching, but it was a bit irksome at times. I know some people get bothered when the lips don’t match up perfectly with the words. Although I’m pretty sure you can turn the dubbing off & just read the captions if that’s more your thing, so keep that in mind.
Set in a town full of mystery, murder, and time travel, this is an action packed show that keeps you guessing and wanting more. There were some twists, some of which were a bit obvious, but still so cool. It’s not a funny show or something that’s going to lift your spirits, but it is weird & interesting. It’s well, a bit dark, but I definitely enjoyed it.

I loved watching Dark. It was right up my street! We watched with German subtitles because I prefer to hear the real actor’s voices. I’d recommend doing that for the second season if you can! I’ve just finished watching the 3rd and final season of Love on Netflix. If you like anything that Judd Apatow has made in the past (Bridesmaids, 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, This is 40) then you’ll love this.

yeah, I honestly might re-watch with the subtitles! I feel like I’ll get an even better feel for the characters with their own voices. I love all of those, I’ll definitely have to check that out! thank you 🙌🏻

I watched part of the first episode so I might have to return to it at some point. Got distracted! I am currently all about Riverdale 😃

I really like Riverdale, season 1 is on netflix. Season 2 is showing right now on CW and should be on netflix when the season ends. Its about a town, Riverdale and weird stuff happens.

I’ve heard a lot about that one, but I didn’t know if it was like a younger show! sounds kinda interesting, I might have to check it out 😊

The main characters are in highschool but I still like it. That’s one of the reasons I didn’t want to watch it too but a close friend of mine recommended it. Now I keep up with it lol. I hope you like it, if you watch it.

Okay I give up. “Dark” has blown up in my friend group, EVERYONE is talking about it and I don’t have a clue what they’re on about. I’m watching this asap, I want to see if it’s as good as everyone’s saying.
